Approval of details pursuant to conditions 25 (Details of plant equipment and trunking) and 34 (Full details of CHP plant and gas boiler system) of planning permission ref: 17/03846/FUL (Demolition of buildings and erection of a part 2, part 4 and part 5-storey building with basement level to provide 613sqm of office space (B1 Use Class), 22 self-contained flats and 2 dwelling houses (C3 Use Class) together with provision of cycle and refuse storage, plus a landscaped communal amenity space) granted on 10.08.2018.

Infill extensions to the rear at first and second floor, mansard roof extension to create third floor together with change of use of part first and second floor office area (Use Class E(g)(i) to provide a total of 5 No. flats. Roof alterations to rear addition to provide flat roof amenity area to serve dwellings. Refuse and cycle storage.

Variation of Condition 14 (Acoustic Levels) of planning permission 22/AP/1002: 'Refurbishment and change of use of existing hostels to create 13 Self-contained flats for social rent, including associated landscaping works, cycle parking and bin storage' to require party walls, floors and ceilings between the commercial premises and residential dwellings to be designed to achieve a minimum weighted standardized level difference of: 50 dB DnT,w + Ctr between TMO Offices and residential units above 55 dB DnT,w + Ctr between TMO Community Hall and adjacent residential units.
