Application for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission- 222873 (dated 20/10/2022) for the Householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey front extension to form porch, part two storey, part single storey side/rear extension to create habitable accommodation following the demolition of existing shed and garage. Condition 2 refers to Approved plans and the proposed variation is to replace the single storey side extension flat roof to a pitched/hipped roof.

Variation of condition 1 (Plan Numbers) of planning permission reference 21/5475/HSE dated 10/12/21 for 'Two storey rear and side extension to the existing building and replacement of existing roof to include 3no rear and 2no front dormer windows, 1no front and side facing rooflights. Erection of a detached garage, garden shed and associated landscaping.' Variation to include alterations to windows and doors with; Addition of French doors and a window at ground floor level and two windows at first floor level to the south elevation; Addition of a door at ground floor level to the north elevation; Replacement of two windows at first floor level with one larger window to the west elevation [Amended Description]

Application to vary condition 4 of planning consent 222419 for the proposed change of use of land to mixed residential and commercial use, erection of an outbuilding to be used as a hairdressing salon, plus demolition of existing shed (part retrospective). Condition 4 refers to the hours of operation and the variation is to allow an extension of the permitted opening hours by 2 hours on Mondays and Wednesdays.
