Conversion of offices (Use Class E) to 22 person large HMO (Sui Generis) with conversion of existing roofspace and erection of pitched roof extension over existing flat roof to create additional second floor accommodation. Change of use from office use (Use Class E (B1) to residential (Use Class C3) with associated demolition of existing outbuilding, first-floor extension and single-storey flat roof extension, and part boundary treatments (walls and fences) to allow for the re-arrangement of external amenity areas and manoeuvrability of vehicles and alterations to existing access.

Typical horizontal and vertical sections through shopfront, doors and windows (including large scale joinery details for frames, cills, opening lights, glazing bars) along with method of opening, position within wall opening, colour, finish and ironmongery. 3.
