Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. Previous 2020 Application DM/0937/20/TPO.

The tree lies within the garden of a house that lies perpendicular to my home. The tree is at their side of the fence edge to my garden. The branches are hanging over my back garden and are nearly touching the roof. The previous owners maintained the tree and removed over hanging branches. This was around 25 years ago. More recently as the problem has increased I have approached the owners who have refused to take any action. It has now become a serious cause for concern. It blocks all my natural light and prevents the natural enjoyment of the garden. I would like to take action to remove the offending branches and trim back to the boundary. I will pay for the work and will be using a qualified and experienced arborist. I believe its a sycamore tree. I have looked at the tpo map and there is no tree listed as being where the tree is on the tpo map, directly facing the back of my house No 6. HAR/CA15.

I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. Sycamore - Fell When standing looking face on to Ramsdale House on the left hand side and on the other side of the fence line there are a collection of trees, one oak tree is particularly large and over hanging our roof dropping debris and posing a risk to the roof and the solar panels we are about to instal in the event that a branch should fall - we took advice from the tree surgeon (Ed Chapman) who suggested reducing the tree by 25%, there is another very tall sycamore tree next to this oak tree which also needs a 25% reduction. When standing looking face on to Ramsdale house on the left hand side of the drive area (within our boundary) there is a sycamore tree which the tree surgeon advised is diseased and dying and therefor poses a risk to the house and the residents. He suggested chopping it down before the risk increases.

1. (TSC1) Sweet Chestnut - Fell In my garden, which is pushing against my fence. This tree is near to a dense group of beech trees, overhangs my garden completely including directly above my summer house. I would like to fell it. Please note that if I am required to plant a replacement it cannot be in exactly the same location as TSC1 is over a main electricity supply to our road and I am not allowed to plant trees within the protected strip. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. In this respect TB2 is our main concern. We would like to keep such trees pruned and stable. Please also note that my answer the question about tree ownership relates to TB2 only - TSC1 is mine.
