T1 - PAULOWNIA Tree is almost completely dead. Fell. Replacement paulownia has been planted elsewhere in garden Ts2 - ELMs. Dead. Fell. A number of small elm trees along the boundary hedgerow with neighbouring property ?Partridges?. Other trees will grow to replace dead trees from within the hedgerow T3 - SYCAMORE. Remove lower branch. Single long branch extends out over wall and roof of stables. Remove in order to protect structures just below it.

1. (TSC1) Sweet Chestnut - Fell In my garden, which is pushing against my fence. This tree is near to a dense group of beech trees, overhangs my garden completely including directly above my summer house. I would like to fell it. Please note that if I am required to plant a replacement it cannot be in exactly the same location as TSC1 is over a main electricity supply to our road and I am not allowed to plant trees within the protected strip. Please be aware that my house is 10 years old and so far my property has been damaged three times by beech trees blown over by prevailing SW winds. Several years ago a mature tree fell over from the garden of 4 Elvetham Close causing significant damage to the roof of my house. In February 2022 two mature beech trees growing next to each other fell from the garden of Chase House, causing significant damage to my garden, fences and outdoor furniture and more minor damage to the house. I, and my wife in particular, are now concerned about the stability of any trees that are within striking distance of our house, lean our way, and share root balls with other trees. T1 - Cherry tree, growing towards unguarded high and low voltage power lines, fell. T2 - Hazel bushes ,excessive height ,shading garden and other trees - Fell. T3 Elm - trim back branches encroaching on roof and guttering of stable block and blocking light

Lilac Tree - trunk has split so will be tidied and shortened up. T4. Indian Bean Tree - Canopy tidied up to stop growth of branches into garage roof

Resubmission of Details of Condition 11 (Tree Planting Details) as required by planning permission 20/AP/1216 dated 24/07/2020 for 'Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission LBS ref no 17/AP/3070 for the alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II Listed Building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide 7 apartments with external works comprising demolition of the service wing outriggers and replacement with new communal entrance. Demolition of curtilage outbuildings to the east of Beltwood House ('Stables and Worker's Cottages') and replacement with 3 No. residential units. Creation of new Gate House and a detached house within the site curtilage.
