T1 Pine - Lift to 5.5m by removal of small low hanging branches, 10x maximum. Reduce longest limbs extending towards the house by 2m max, leaving 4m spread. Dead wood and canopy clean throughout. G1 2x Chestnut - Cut trees back to boundary as previously carried out, please see picture. Council owned.

G2 Retaining wall from Bluebell Drive to A641 - Approx length of vegetation on boundary 150m. Clear Back vegetation to 2m beyond boundary wall, this includes Bramble and small self-set Beech and Sycamore trees, approximatley 1.4m in height. Only lower vegetation and branches would be pruned back.

T1 - T5 Beech - Remove crowded poor specimens. Replace with 2x Scots Pines 12 -14ft as evenly spaced as possible on the same end of the mid boundary line T6 Yew - Remove and not replace due to high number of trees already present, and lack of suitable space

T1 Sycamore - Crown lift to 5m above garden level. Crown reduction on 9 Swan Avenue side of boundary with Barnaby Road to achieve a clearance of 5m from the extension. Proposed Works 1) Removal of three multi-stem conifer trees located in close proximity to the boundary wall to allow remedial works to be commenced immediately. 2) No replacement of trees in this area owing to the roots of the current trees were cited as the most likely cause of the disturbance of the wall by the independent structural engineer and clearly, has been the cause of the collapse of the adjacent section of the wall of the neighbouring property. 3) Grant approval, where required, for the maintenance of all applicable trees within and/or crossing our boundary where overhanging branches are blocking gutters/drains or impacting light
