T1 Walnut tree - Prune back end loading away from the house and spread from over the lawn removing 2m max leaving 2m spread, and lift to 3m max clear pergola roof. T2 Copper Beech tree - Overhanging from 1 Victoria Avenue. Canopy is over extending the bed, lawn and merging with applicants trees. Cut back to clear edge of the flower bed removing 3m max, leaving 4m spread. T3 Pine tree - Remove and not replace due to lack of suitable space to accommodate another mature tree.

Non-material amendment to planning approval 19/00235/HOU: Ground floor front canopy roof altered to form pitch roof over main entrance, two storey extension brought forward, garage to line through with main house and upper floor set back 300mm from front elevation, rear windows to be glazed to the finished floor level
