Extensions to existing dwelling house comprising a raising of roof level with rooflights; two storey side and rear extension and new single storey detached garage

Construction of 3 bedroom eco-dwelling on two storeys to be constructed beneath an existing menage and within the existing old slag heap on the top of which the menage exists. The house will be underground with only one elevation (the North) visible and only visible from the North side of the plot. The house will be powered by an array of photo-voltaic solar panels mounted on the roof and by a 10m high 5kW pole mounted wind turbine.
