Demolition of conservatory front part of the existing main roof. Construction of a two-storey front extension, part two/part single storey rear extension, increase in height of the dwelling to accommodate habitable accommodation within the roof space, rear dormer window and roof light, 5x roof lights to the front elevation and alterations to the fenestration.

Proposed additional storey to existing bungalow to create a two storey dwelling with habitable accommodation within the roof space, two dormers to the front elevations, roof lights to the rear elevation and first floor rear extension with Juliette balcony.

Non material amendment to application 20/00920/FUL (Proposed residential development for 3 x dwellings and alterations to existing private road) to provide second floor accommodation with dormer window to front elevation.
