Discharge of condition 4 (Construction Management Plan) of planning approval 3/21/3089/FUL

Demolition of existing two storey side extension, conservatory, single storey side extension, porch to front elevation and flat roof detached garage. Construction of a two storey rear extension, single storey front extension and alterations to fenestration to include the insertion of 1 first floor window, 2 ground floor windows and side door in existing west side elevation, additional ground floor and 1st floor windows to the existing east elevation.

Reinstate the front door with installation of external steps and reinstating 1 front window to its original position.

Demolition of rear extension. Erection of single storey rear and side replacement extension incorporating two roof lanterns.

Demolition of conservatory and erection of part single part two storey rear extension. Installation of five roof light windows, enlargement of rear patio and associated landscaping.

Creation of additional storey to increase the height of the dwelling from 4.62 metres to 8.04 metres.

Retention of: Single storey rear extension

Demolition of dwelling and erection of detached four bedroom dwelling with widened vehicular access way. Installation of air source heat pump.

Installation of 2 dormer windows to rear, 1 rooflight to rear and 2 rooflights to side.

Demolition of existing garage and side projection and construction of part single part two storey rear and side extension. Construction of front porch and rear patio. Alterations to fenestration including rear juliette balcony.
