Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.

Hybrid planning application comprising: (i) Full planning for the development of 350 residential dwellings (Use Class C3), a new highway junction from the A10 with associated works including drainage, access roads, allotments, public open space and landscaping; and (ii) Outline planning (with all matters reserved except for access) for up to 4,400 sqm of commercial and services floorspace (Use Class E and B8), and up to 500 sqm of retail floorspace (Use Classes E).
