Non Material Amendment of DC/21/0715/FUL - Erection of two storey room in roof rear extension. Replacement of cart lodge with annex cart lodge. (Resubmission relating to extant approved application DC/20/3897/FUL to propose minor amendments to cartlodge structure). - We wish to commence construction and identified that an LV Cables which supplies electricity to my neighbour (goldsmiths barn) goes through the garage. In order to resolve the clash we would like to slightly move the cart lodge back by 3-4m.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Proposed small extension (2m2) to side of property. Alterations, to previously converted garage, to include insulation in floor, walls and roof.

New vehicular entrance to site - Change of cartlodge roofing material from plain red tiles to natural slate

Single storey front & rear extension, re-roof of existing garage and internal alterations to form annex accommodation; ancillary to main dwelling.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - 1. Replace and extend single-storey lean-to extension on west elevation. 2. Insert single-storey extension on north elevation between existing structures. 3. Insert 2 new windows in north elevation first floor. 4. Insert skylight for family bathroom in south elevation roof. 5. Fill in garage doorway and insert door and window north elevation.
