Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2022/03436/FUL granted 1st March 2023 for the 'Erection of a hip to gable roof extension including an enlarged dormer window in the rear roofslope following the removal of existing side and rear dormer windows; erection of a single storey rear and side extension following the demolition of the existing outbuilding; installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of the existing windows with new windows to the side elevation at ground floor level'. Amendments to include alterations to the design and size of the rear dormer roof extension.

Variation of condition 12 and 13 of planning permission ref: 2013/01371/FUL granted 24th June 2013 for the 'Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 2012/02140/FUL granted on 19 October 2012 for the Change of use from office (Class B1) into 2 x 1 bed flats and 2 x 2 bed flats (Class C3); erection of three storey rear extension (to accommodate an internal staircase to serve the new flats) together with the installation of external staircases providing access between ground and lower ground floor levels; formation of balconies to the rear elevation at first and second floor levels; alterations to windows to form doors on rear elevation at first and second floor levels; bricking up of two doors to rear elevation at second and first floor levels in connection with removal of existing fire escape; removal of chimney stack and dormer to side elevation at second floor level and replacement with infill extension; replacement of existing windows to rear elevation at basement floor level with patio doors and external alterations comprising a new bin storage area and cycle enclosure, to include alterations to the stepped access at the main entrance at ground floor level; increasing the ceiling height of Flats A and B at basement level' to allow the occupiers of the first floor flat (Flat 3) to apply for street parking permits.

Variation of Condition 2 to allow minor material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference: 2019/03771/FUL dated 7th May 2020 for the "Erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension; excavation and enlargement of the existing basement; alterations to existing front door; and erection of front boundary wall." Amendments sought are increases in heights of the rear extension at second floor level and the single storey rear extension.

Variation of Conditions 2 (drawing nos.) and 3 (brickwork) of planning permission reference: 2019/01111/FUL dated 4th July 2019 for the "Erection of a front and side roof extensions including an extension on top of the main roof; excavation of front and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement in connection with the provision of 2 x self-contained studio flats and 1 x two bedroom self-contained flat; installation of new entrance door with steps and surround to replace the existing window, installation of a new window to replace the existing entrance door, step and surround at ground floor level to the front elevation." Amendments sought include: Demolition and rebuild of previously existing building; alterations to the colour of the facing brickwork; changes to the design, opening style and material of all fenestration and the main entrance door; a new brick boundary wall; increased overall height of the building and changes to the proportions and form of the mansard roof.
