Variation of condition 8 of planning application ref: 2018/01426/FUL of which appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/18/3211331 allowed on 18th March 2019 for the 'Erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, on top of part of the existing back addition; erection of a single storey rear extension, to the side and rear of the existing back addition; installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope and installation of a new door to the side of single storey back addition in connection with the change of use of the existing 5 bedroom property (C4) to a 7 bedroom HMO (Sui Generis) use'. Amendment to condition 8 to change from a 7 bed, 7 person HMO (Class Sui Generis) into a 7 bed, 10 person HMO (Class Sui Generis).

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/01446/FUL dated 11th August 2022 for the "Installation of 3no. rooflights to the front roof slope; erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a two storey rear extension at first and second floor levels on top of the existing ground floor addition." Amendment sought is the formation of a roof terrace to the rear at second floor level.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/00059/FUL dated 6th April 2022 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height; erection of a rear extension at second floor level atop the existing and extended back addition; erection of a rear extension at first a floor level, to the side of the existing back addition; installation of a rooflight to the front roofslope; and installation of sliding doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level." Amendment sought is the increase in the length of the rear extension at second floor level atop the existing and extended back addition by a further 1200mm.
