Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of the planning permission 18/02481/FULL1 for Demolition of first floor ancillary space above retail units and replacement with two storey plus roof space upwards extension and part one/two storey rear extension at first/second floor level comprising retention of shop units at numbers 129, 131 and 133 High Street, Penge together with 5 x 2 bedroom residential units and 1 x 3 bedroom residential unit. Alterations to front facade and rear access stairs to allow removal of condition 8 for the details of arrangements for establishment of a car club to serve the development and its replacement with a statutory undertaking for permit free parking.

Demolition of the existing building. Re-development to provide a four storey plus basement building to comprise ground floor and basement retail space (Use Class E) and 9 residential flats (Use Class C3) on upper levels to include private amenity space, car parking, loading bay, new bin store, cycle store, landscaping and other associated works.
