Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act to allow variation of condition 2 of permission 22/02236/FULL6 (granted for part one/two storey side and rear extensions with balcony, new portico to front door and reforming roof with addition of rooflights and dormer window to side, elevational alterations, and landscaping works) to allow the substitution of revised plans showing enlargement of front portico.

Variation of Condition 3 of planning permission reference 21/04077/FULL6 dated 25/02/2022 for (Demolition of existing rear extension, front bay window and removal of existing roof. Erection of rear extension and new roof incorporating 8x dormer windows and fenestration alterations) to allow for upper floor north and south flank dormer windows to be obscure glazed and with opening restrictors for emergency/fire exit.

Variation of Conditions 2 (Materials) and 3 (Approved Drawings) of permission granted under ref. 22/03949/FULL6 dated 9th December 2022 (Two-storey side extension, including addition of a new first floor dormer to the front and addition of a rear dormer at second floor level) to allow: revised internal layout and use of second floor as bedroom, increase in size of rear dormer, change of rear dormer materials to dark metal cladding, insertion of 2 front rooflights and elevational alterations to rear.

Variation of condition 2 of permission 21/04672/FULL6 (approved plans) granted for two storey side extension, part one/two storey rear extension, elevational alterations and extension of garage (minor material amendment to allow increase in width of front dormer under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act)
