Reconfiguration of the existing multi-storey car park, vehicle parking and servicing, along with the provision of associated cycle parking, refuse storage, amenity floorspace, landscaping and public realm works (existing M&S, Travelodge and RBK Council Car Park are retained and excluded from the proposals).

Change of use of vacant premises (formerly a Car Hire Office - Sui Generis Use Class) to a single-family dwellinghouse with associated alterations including erection of single storey rear extension, recladding to rear dormer and insertion of juliet balcony and changes to fenestration (following demolition of existing garage)
