Erection of two storey building comprising of 2 two-bedroom flats after demolition of existing block of garages with associated works incorporating boundary alterations and the demolition of the existing western retaining wall on the car park boundary, part demolition of the retaining wall on Cromwell Hill and excavation works to partly lower ground levels to provide four additional car parking spaces and a new vehicular access off Cromwell Hill.

Erection of a single and two storey side and rear extension with flat roof to pitched roof alteration over existing rear extension and new gate to side boundary fencing.
