Application for non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 21/00899/HOUSE (Demolish existing outbuilding and construction of part single storey, part two storey front extensions, new first floor and new detached single storey garage building) Amendment sought: fenestration changes and infill extension to the front

Two storey rear extension and alterations to dwelling including installation of rooflight and larger window at ground floor, partial infilling of first floor window and ground floor openings and construction of a single storey home office/store room.

Construction of single storey rear extension, removal of existing veranda and shallow pitched roof with alterations to existing double pitched roof, replacement of existing concrete pantiles and construction of new pitched and hipped roofs over existing flat roof. Removal of painted cement render on western elevation and replace with featheredged weatherboarding and replacement of the 2no. existing painted softwood casement windows and panelled front door. New painted softwood framed double glazed French doors to existing rear garden room. Replacement of boundary wall to front with white painted picket fence (approved under 20/00547/HOUSE).

Variation of condition 4 on approved planning application 21/00423/HOUSE (Alterations to raise the roof, including addition of two dormer windows, balcony and other associated works, construction of outbuilding, front extension, demolition and replacement of side extensions, alteration to elevation materials and replacement boundary wall and fencing.)

Application for non-material amendment following grant of Planning Permission 21/00506/HOUSE (A two storey front extension, a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension. Replacement of all windows. Demolition and construction of replacement garage) Amendment sought: Divide garage in half allowing one side to secured by a garage door and the remaining side to be open at the front and side in the style of a cart lodge.

Demolition of conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension which would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6.075m, maximum height of 3.436 and the maximum height to the eaves of 2.25m.

Compliance with conditions notification 21/00017/FUL (Proposed temporary caravan to live in by the applicant while Farm House is under construction.) Condition 3 - Parking.

The construction of a replacement dwelling and the temporary stationing of a mobile home for a period of 2 years to provide accommodation during the construction of the new dwelling.
