Addition of central two storey extension with entrance porch at ground level and addition of five skylights to new roof area in front elevation. A small excavated area to the rear to improve vehicle access to the basement garage area.

Alterations and extension to an existing bungalow. Works include enlargement of the ground floor plan and extending the accommodation into the roof structure to form a dormer bungalow. Externally there is to be a proposed detached double garage with additional parking provisions in front.
