Non-Material amendment to planning permission 22/00857/FUL to allow the following alterations and changes to approved plans: Erection of a retaining wall to the front of houses no.9 and 10; Amendments to the covered entrances A, B, C, D and E which include: adjustment of railing positions, adjustment of roof pitch, alterations to position of rooflights, increased parapet heights, new brickwork and infill, alterations to position and size of windows; Change of Energy Centre roof finish from louvred roof to Zinc; and change of position of automatic opening gates from houses 1 to 6.

Application to certify that the proposed alterations to roof to form hip to gable, formation of 1no. rear dormer, insertion of 2no. front rooflights in association with loft conversion. Removal of garage door and insertion of 1no. window to front elevation in association with conversion of garage into habitable space. Removal of 1no. door to side elevation, alterations to 1no. window to side elevation, replacement of 1no. door with 1no. door and 1no. window to rear elevation and insertion of 1no. rooflight to rear side roofslope is lawful development.

Application to certify that the proposed alterations to roof to form hip to gable and formation of 1no rear dormer in association with a loft conversion. Insertion of 3no rooflights to the front elevation and 1no window to the side elevation is lawful development.

Erection of a part single, part two storey rear extension, rear dormer and insertion of 3no. rooflights to front roof slope to existing dwellinghouse (Use Class C4). Erection of a first floor side and rear extension in association with the subdivision of plot and conversion of existing annexe to form a 1x1 bed dwelling (Use Class C3). Alterations to fenestration.
