4m Rear extension to a large detached house with a pitched roof 2.5m to eaves and 3.6m at main house all materials to match existing. Velux roof lights to main roof.

Loft conversion on end of terrace house with x1 flat dormer roof and x1 full end gable providing x 2 habitable rooms and x 1 en-suite off landing. Flat roof dormer will be to the rear and full gable end will be to the side of the property; x1 white dormer window to the rear. Full gable end will be a tile finish and the flat roof dormer will be a mix of tile and rubber

The proposal is to enclose the existing covered entrance area to the house beneath the extended bay roof to create an enclosed porch with the new frontage in line with the front line of the bay windows. The area to be enclosed measures one metre deep by three metres wide resulting in a total area of three square metres. A small gable is also proposed over the new enclosed entrance porch integrated into and no higher than the existing bay window roof.

Demolition of existing two storey house and replacement with a two storey plus roof space dwelling house plus the addition of a gym/outhouse at the rear of the garden. Addition of a sliding metal gate on entry to the property from Nork Way. As amended on 28/10/2020.

T1 - Cypress - Safely section fell to the ground and remove. Replant 1no replacement tree of the councils recommendation on the boundary. Reason - This tree is extremely large. It is blocking a lot of light to my property and is too near to the house. I don't want future issues with root damage to the foundations or the possibility of causing roof damage during a storm. It's not a good specimen tree and is non native tree. Its amenity value is low as the horse chestnut tree blocks the view of the Cypress from the road.
