Roof alteration and loft conversion

Erection of a single-storey part-glazed rear infill extension, alterations to the existing roof form to support the build-up of gable ends with replacement roof tiles to match, first floor infill and refurbishment of four dormers at roof level plus minor fenestration changes to elevations & window openings. Septic tank in the rear garden. (Retrospective)

Alterations to window apertures to rear and side elevations. Chimney relocated to side elevation.

Proposed enlarged first floor window to side elevation, new door to rear elevation in the location of the existing window and alteration of roof light locations.
