The erection of a single storey extension to the western elevation of the dwelling, the erection of a single storey extension to the eastern elevation of the dwelling, the enlargement of a first floor window on the eastern elevation of the dwelling, various internal alterations to the dwelling, the erection of three outbuildings within the curtilage of the dwelling for use as a summerhouse, a pool/games room and a garage, a reduction in the footprint of the existing kennels, the creation of an area of hardstanding, and the relocation of the existing driveway.

Alterations to front elevation, including new two storey extension gable to entrance, extension to first floor to form hipped roof. Extension at first floor to form en-suites, ground floor extension to entrance area. Finishes to front alterations altered with new render finish with timber cladding. Alterations to window apertures to rear and side elevations. Chimney relocated to side elevation.
