Extension at first floor to form en-suites, ground floor extension to entrance area. Finishes to front alterations altered with new render finish with timber cladding. Alterations to window apertures to rear and side elevations. Chimney relocated to side elevation.

Proposed porch, replacement windows and cladding of existing brickwork to front elevation, 1st-floor extension over existing garage forming bedroom, addition of pitched roof over work shop, extension to rear forming kitchen, family and dining room and 1st-floor master bedroom with en-suite. Removal of first floor above lounge and addition of gable glazing to rear elevation.

Proposed enlarged first floor window to side elevation, new door to rear elevation in the location of the existing window and alteration of roof light locations.
