Details of Condition 4 'Cycle Storage' pursuant to planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/3022: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/1658 (Construction of mansard roof extension and conversion of existing building (ground floor office) into two flats, 1 x 2 bedroom at ground floor and 1 x 2 bedroom duplex at at first and second floor levels incorporating external terrace at second floor) to alter and extend the rear mansard and reduce the size of the roof terrace.

Resubmission: Conversion of existing house into three flats (One x 1 bed, 1 X 2 bed and 1 x 2 bed duplex) requiring creation of a new lower ground floor, raising of the roof ridge height, dormer extension to the rear and insertion of two velux windows in the front roof slope.

Erection of single storey rear extension and a mezzanine terrace with retractable roof; the replacement of an acoustic screen, installation of new bin stores and external bar; updated landscaping; alterations to the fenestration on the rear elevation and the installation of 1x new chiller condenser unit and the relocation of existing plant.

Variation of Condition 1(approved plans) pursuant to planning permission no. 19/AP/7174 'Roof extension and alterations to create a studio flat in the roofspace, cycle storage, refuse storage and installation of fence to the rear' The variation seeks to reduce provision of cycle and bin store to 6no. cycle storage spaces, 7no 55L blue boxes for recycling and 2no 360L refuse wheeled bins.

Construction of a mansard roof extension to provide 1x 2bedroom flat.

Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 20/AP/1836 dated 01/09/2020 for 'Removal of existing hip end roof and creation of an additional storey incorporating three storey extensions to both sides of the existing building and elevational alterations in order to create two 1 bedroom flats'. The proposed changes include replacement of lightweight cladding panels to additional storey with light grey silicone render, replacement of aluminium frames to windows and glazed stair enclosure with uPVC frames, replacement of glass balustrade to Juliet balconies to rear with painted mild steel railings, alterations to side extension adjacent to no. 92 Landcroft Road, including replacement of door in flank elevation with window, reduction in size of glazed return and change in level to entrance door to reflect existing site levels, and removal of 1.5m set back between the roof and front elevation shown on the approved side elevations so that they are consistent with the rest of the approved plans.

Removal of existing dormer and construction of rear dormer extension including roof terrace with balustrade, replacement of x1 velux rooflight and installation of x2 rooflights to front roof slope to top floor flat.
