Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 20/AP/2716 dated 24/12/2020 for the 'Construction of a rear part single, part double storey extension'. The changes include: increasing the depth of the ground floor element of the two storey rear extension by 0.5m and increasing the ridge height of the two storey rear extension by 0.13m and the width by 0.76m; altering the ground floor rear doors and replacing the first floor rear window with a Juliet balcony; and reducing the height of the single storey ground floor rear extension by 0.2m and centring the roof lantern.

Change of use of the rear ground floor commercial class E units to residential to extend the first floor residential unit into a single 2 bedroom family residential unit. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows.
