Variation of Condition 1(approved plans) pursuant to planning permission no. 19/AP/7174 'Roof extension and alterations to create a studio flat in the roofspace, cycle storage, refuse storage and installation of fence to the rear' The variation seeks to reduce provision of cycle and bin store to 6no. cycle storage spaces, 7no 55L blue boxes for recycling and 2no 360L refuse wheeled bins.

Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 20/AP/1836 dated 01/09/2020 for 'Removal of existing hip end roof and creation of an additional storey incorporating three storey extensions to both sides of the existing building and elevational alterations in order to create two 1 bedroom flats'. The proposed changes include replacement of lightweight cladding panels to additional storey with light grey silicone render, replacement of aluminium frames to windows and glazed stair enclosure with uPVC frames, replacement of glass balustrade to Juliet balconies to rear with painted mild steel railings, alterations to side extension adjacent to no. 92 Landcroft Road, including replacement of door in flank elevation with window, reduction in size of glazed return and change in level to entrance door to reflect existing site levels, and removal of 1.5m set back between the roof and front elevation shown on the approved side elevations so that they are consistent with the rest of the approved plans.
