Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 20/AP/2716 dated 24/12/2020 for the 'Construction of a rear part single, part double storey extension'. The changes include: increasing the depth of the ground floor element of the two storey rear extension by 0.5m and increasing the ridge height of the two storey rear extension by 0.13m and the width by 0.76m; altering the ground floor rear doors and replacing the first floor rear window with a Juliet balcony; and reducing the height of the single storey ground floor rear extension by 0.2m and centring the roof lantern.

Variation of condition 8 (BREEAM Report) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0495 (Demolition of existing two storey retail building and construction of new five storey building comprising ground floor retail with 52 bedroom hotel above, roof top plant, creation of rear service yard, and ancillary works) to amend the wording of condition 8 (in order to allow a rating of BREEAM Very Good instead of Excellent and to refer only to the hotel element)

Variation of Condition 6 pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/3255 dated 10/02/2022 for 'Construction of a two-storey rear extension in connection to the conversion of a single dwelling house into 2x self-contained flats. Ground floor to be converted into a 2x bedroom flat and the first floor to be converted into a 3x bedroom flat. Construction of a roof terrace above the flat roof of existing extension'. The amendment seeks the following: removal or change of condition 6 and to allow parking permits.

Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) and Condition 3 pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/1606 dated 11th August 2021 for 'Construction of a mansard roof extension and terrace'. The amendment consisits of: to change the materials to be used to the front, east and west elevations of the mansard extension from Natural Welsh Slate to Heritage Red Clay Roofing Tiles. To vary the condition/wording to Condition 3 to reflect new materials.
