Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of the planning permission ref: 17/AP/0749 granted on 16/06/2017 for: (Change of use of part ground and basement levels from office (use class B1a) to flexible A1/A2/A3/A4 use, and the erection of an in-fill mansard roof extension at fourth floor level and creation of an additional third floor at the rear of the site to provide additional office accommodation (use class B1a), internal alterations and a new shopfront. - RESUBMISSION). Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) and Condition 3 pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/1606 dated 11th August 2021 for 'Construction of a mansard roof extension and terrace'. The amendment consisits of: to change the materials to be used to the front, east and west elevations of the mansard extension from Natural Welsh Slate to Heritage Red Clay Roofing Tiles. To vary the condition/wording to Condition 3 to reflect new materials.
