Change of use of the rear ground floor commercial class E units to residential to extend the first floor residential unit into a single 2 bedroom family residential unit. The front Class E shop unit remains with the addition of a WC space to be self-contained. Demolition of an existing infill conservatory and replaced with a flat roof extension with skylights to link the main house to the rear studio. Existing PVC windows are replaced throughout with double glazed timber windows.
