Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 21/AP/0061 'Construction of a rear dormer extension and installation of a light shaft at the rear upper ground level, which will reduce the size of the garage in size to incorporate a cinema room, whilst still retaining the same quantum of parking'. Proposed changes include to change the design of the rear dormer and to add 2 no. conservation roof lights to the front roof slope.

Construction of single storey rear extension, demolition of existing shed to be replaced with shed building and bike store to the side of the property.
