Details of Condition 4 'Cycle Storage' pursuant to planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/3022: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/1658 (Construction of mansard roof extension and conversion of existing building (ground floor office) into two flats, 1 x 2 bedroom at ground floor and 1 x 2 bedroom duplex at at first and second floor levels incorporating external terrace at second floor) to alter and extend the rear mansard and reduce the size of the roof terrace.

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) pursuant to planning application 21/AP/0061 'Construction of a rear dormer extension and installation of a light shaft at the rear upper ground level, which will reduce the size of the garage in size to incorporate a cinema room, whilst still retaining the same quantum of parking'. Proposed changes include to change the design of the rear dormer and to add 2 no. conservation roof lights to the front roof slope.

Variation of condition 8 (BREEAM Report) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0495 (Demolition of existing two storey retail building and construction of new five storey building comprising ground floor retail with 52 bedroom hotel above, roof top plant, creation of rear service yard, and ancillary works) to amend the wording of condition 8 (in order to allow a rating of BREEAM Very Good instead of Excellent and to refer only to the hotel element)

Variation of Condition 6 pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/3255 dated 10/02/2022 for 'Construction of a two-storey rear extension in connection to the conversion of a single dwelling house into 2x self-contained flats. The amendment seeks the following: removal or change of condition 6 and to allow parking permits.

The amendment consisits of: to change the materials to be used to the front, east and west elevations of the mansard extension from Natural Welsh Slate to Heritage Red Clay Roofing Tiles. To vary the condition/wording to Condition 3 to reflect new materials.
