Creation of new Gate House and a detached house within the site curtilage. Alterations including underpinning of the existing Gate Lodge (curtilage listed building) and, ground floor extension. Variation of Condition 6 pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/3255 dated 10/02/2022 for 'Construction of a two-storey rear extension in connection to the conversion of a single dwelling house into 2x self-contained flats. Ground floor to be converted into a 2x bedroom flat and the first floor to be converted into a 3x bedroom flat. Construction of a roof terrace above the flat roof of existing extension'. The amendment seeks the following: removal or change of condition 6 and to allow parking permits.
