Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 20/AP/1836 dated 01/09/2020 for 'Removal of existing hip end roof and creation of an additional storey incorporating three storey extensions to both sides of the existing building and elevational alterations in order to create two 1 bedroom flats'. The proposed changes include replacement of lightweight cladding panels to additional storey with light grey silicone render, replacement of aluminium frames to windows and glazed stair enclosure with uPVC frames, replacement of glass balustrade to Juliet balconies to rear with painted mild steel railings, alterations to side extension adjacent to no. 92 Landcroft Road, including replacement of door in flank elevation with window, reduction in size of glazed return and change in level to entrance door to reflect existing site levels, and removal of 1.5m set back between the roof and front elevation shown on the approved side elevations so that they are consistent with the rest of the approved plans.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of the planning permission ref: 17/AP/0749 granted on 16/06/2017 for: (Change of use of part ground and basement levels from office (use class B1a) to flexible A1/A2/A3/A4 use, and the erection of an in-fill mansard roof extension at fourth floor level and creation of an additional third floor at the rear of the site to provide additional office accommodation (use class B1a), internal alterations and a new shopfront. - RESUBMISSION). To retain the following works: -the replacement of single glazed windows to the front the building facing Borough High Street, -the replacement of a casement window in the mansard roof, -the installation of a security railing on the front elevation of the mansard extension, and -the amendment of the Lower Ground Floor layouts.

Variation of Condition 4 pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/0187 (Construction of ground floor side-rear extension and rear dormer to second floor) for side elevation window not to be obscure glazed and the condition to be removed.
