Reference: 47W - Tree Number: T1 We are applying for permission to remove this large Ash tree on the grounds of safety, as we have three young children who are at risk from the naturally occurring dead branches falling from such heights. Branches have fallen on several occasions, without warning and we are unable to allow the children to play in the Garden for fear of injury due to this. Pine (T5) fell -Removal of Pine Tree as outgrown size for the location on back lawn close to house. Roots are lifting the ground and patio therefore concerns of structural damage to foundations of house and drains. Concerns of damage to the pond overflow drain which serves several houses on the Road and also property at the rear on Dovedale Road.
