Scots Pine on TPO order 2/84 to be removed. Cedar tree in adjoining garden is within 2m of the Scots Pine and the canopy of both trees is now blocked and entangled. The Scots Pine is overbearing and leans approximately 15 degrees into the adjacent property No 51 Cheylesmore Drive. Applicant requests removal in the first instance and replanting with an alternative specimen if Arboricultural Officer so requests. If permission refused can canopy reduction also be considered?Preferred option is to remove Sots Pine but would appreciate a site visit by Officer to discuss if possible.

Douglas Fir (T1) on property Border with No.1 Pinewood Gardens. Due to ongoing & repeated safety concerns with the tree, we are requesting to remove the specimen before any serious injury occurs. Please see photo documentry evidence of the scale and frequency of incident. There is also structural damage being caused to the driveway, but this is a secondry issue. A replacement speciemn will be planted else where on the property.

Protected tree in back garden is partially dead. Branches keep falling. One has fallen on me, causing marks and bruises and many more have fallen onto my gazebo and garden furniture causing breakages, holes, rips and tears. I am fearful of further branches falling and causing further damage and seriously harming myself and my daughter. I have previously contacted the council regarding this along with confirmation from a tree surgeon informing of the tree's deterioration however I never received a response. Tree 1 Beechwood - Trim secondary Branches, (thin out). Leaving Primary branches. 25% trim leaving height & sides. Tree 2 Oak - Reduce crown by 10% from the top of tree, and pruning secondary branches. Also remove lower limp x 1, as highlighted in sketch. This will help stop smaller branches from the top of tree falling on pedestrians. No more than a 1.5 m reduction from the top of tree.

T1 Large lime tree, previously reduce due to some movement at the base, we would like to reduce the tree by a further 3M to maintain health and safety of the tree. T2- chestnut tree to reduce by 3M, the tree is growing over the road and into the property, by reduce the tree it will be the same height as the neighbouring tree in hope to stop the tree growing 'leggy' due to competition

T1 Oak. Carry out a crown reduction of 1.5-3m overall to suitable secondary growth and in accordance with BS 3998:2010 pruning guides. Remove lowest branch to the north west and 2 smaller lowest branches to the east. Reason for work, tree has become dominant view for both no 12 and no 2/4 Crosby Hill Drive and casting shade/shadow over aforementioned gardens, especially when in full leaf. The houses 2/4 are south facing and get little sunlight.
