Protected tree in back garden is partially dead. Branches keep falling. One has fallen on me, causing marks and bruises and many more have fallen onto my gazebo and garden furniture causing breakages, holes, rips and tears. I am fearful of further branches falling and causing further damage and seriously harming myself and my daughter. I have previously contacted the council regarding this along with confirmation from a tree surgeon informing of the tree's deterioration however I never received a response. Tree type: TPO 16/02, T48, Scots Pine I wish for the tree to be removed or cut down to make safe

T1 Oak. Carry out a crown reduction of 1.5-3m overall to suitable secondary growth and in accordance with BS 3998:2010 pruning guides. Remove lowest branch to the north west and 2 smaller lowest branches to the east. Reason for work, tree has become dominant view for both no 12 and no 2/4 Crosby Hill Drive and casting shade/shadow over aforementioned gardens, especially when in full leaf. The houses 2/4 are south facing and get little sunlight.
