Remove existing conservatory and erection of single storey extension together with conversion of existing garage to create additional living space. Extension of existing roof and insertion of additional dormer to enlarge bedroom 2. Rebuild and enlargement of front entrance porch and bay window. Landscaping works to include provision of timber decking with glass panels and fence screening.

Erection of two storey and single storey rear extension and insertion of two dormer windows in existing rear roof. Insertion of first floor window and rooflight in North elevation, remove existing and rebuild new larger rear lean-to and relocate door to outbuilding (amended).
