Details required by Condition 2 (Materials), Condition 5 (Acoustics), Condition 13 (Hard & Soft landscape) and Condition 14 (Surface Water drainage scheme) of Planning Permission 19/01714/FULL for the Mixed use development with retail unit at ground floor and 13 x apartments above, with access, car parking, servicing and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings (Part Retrospective).

Replacement of the existing column with a 20m street works column with 9no. antennas and additional equipment cabinets and ancillary development.

Non material amendments to planning permission 19/02077/FULL as amended by 19/03515/VAR to amend the wording of condition 13 to read "The delivery of the development shall be carried out in three phases in accordance with the phasing plan references 18-J2659-PH1 and 18-J2659-PH2. Prior to the commencement of any phase of the development, a CIL commencement notice relating to that phase shall be submitted to the Collecting Authority."
