Conversion of single-family dwelling house into five residential flats. (Following demolition of existing conservatory and garage structures), construction of part two-storey and part single-storey extensions and new roof structure with rear dormers, three front facing roof lights and three side-facing roof windows and internal alterations.

Change of use of ground floor office (Use Class E) and amalgamation with first floor 1 bed flat to create 1 x 3 bed dwellinghouse (Use Class C3). Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Single storey side extension onto existing single storey detached dwelling to replace existing conservatory. All materials, brickwork, roof tiles and windows etc. to match existing where possible.

Demolition of conservatory front part of the existing main roof. Construction of a two-storey front extension, part two/part single storey rear extension, increase in height of the dwelling to accommodate habitable accommodation within the roof space, rear dormer window and roof light, 5x roof lights to the front elevation and alterations to the fenestration.

Erection of a part single part two storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory, demolish existing porch, internal alterations to allow the annex to be integrated back into the dwelling, reduce size of two windows to ground floor side, block up one window to ground floor side, insert door and window to ground floor side, replace sliding doors to ground floor rear with bi-fold doors and insert double doors to ground floor other side.
