Creation of two 1 bedroomed, four 2 bedroomed and two 3 bedroomed self contained flats with balconies/roof terraces on upper floors together with refuse and cycle facilities for residential and commercial use,' to allow for alterations to window heads and window design to south and east elevations, alterations to fenestrations involving additional windows to first floor on south elevation and provision of 30mm opening to windows on east elevation.

Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window.
