Erection of a detached 3-bedroom house, access, parking, cycle store, sheds, new trees and soft landscaping, following the demolition of double garage, garden buildings, conservatory and timber panel boundary fences.

Application for non-material amendments to planning consent 193150 (14/01/2020) as follows: 1. Removal of porch/canopy and addition of two ground floor bay windows on principal elevation. 2.Revision of double door entry to bike shed to window and change of finish from render to brick. 3. New high level window at first floor to west elevation. 4. Minor changes to boundary wall fronting Arbor Lane. 5. Change of window colour throughout. 6. Removal of oak tree by previous owner noted on plans.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees 23/82 - Oak (T1) -I would like to simply trim back overhanging branches to the boundary fence, Oak (T2) - Same as T1 (above). However, this tree has overhanging branches that pose a risk to my shed and my fence. In August of 2020, a branch of a significant size came down and I would like to avoid this occurring again. Again, I would like to cut back to just beyond the boundary fence - I contacted the Parish Council about T2 and was visited by Bob Walters. He agreed with my proposal and said that the Parish Council could not carry out the work but that I could apply to have it completed myself.
