Non-material amendment to application 18/P/5147/FUL/20/P/1917/NMA (Demolish Existing Bungalow and replace with 2 no three bedroomed dwellings) to allow the following 1. Use of roof space as extra living space, utilising a former bedroom as an office and roof space a 3rd bedroom, 2. Change window layout to front and rear elevations and 3. Minor adjustment to layout on plot with changes to parking, boundaries, and adjustment to house location

Removal of existing chalet bungalow roof and addition of new first floor accommodation with new pitched roof to match existing, including dormer windows and rooms. The height of the dwelling house once the additional storey is added will be no more than 8.1m
