Erection of fence to front, height at 1.6 metres, set back 0.8 metres to allow for copper beach hedging to be planted. Gated access to allow for garden works to be completed at a later date involving new patio.

To extend the height of the boundary fence to the road side of the bungalow from 1 metre high to 2 metres.
