(Landscaping reserved matters), to amend the level of ancillary accommodation within the basement, with alterations to the parking layout, addition of a conservatory to ground floor along with revisions to ground floor layout) for a Bin Holding Area & an Emergency lifesaving generator area, likely only to run to test for a short period or in severe emergency & provision of an extract grill to the kitchen.

Lawful Development Certificate Proposed: demolish uPVC conservatory to rear and replace with a new single storey brick garden room/dining area and a kitchen extension. Remove angled link between main house and garage annex and re-build it as a square space between the two buildings, in brick with french doors to the garden and a window to the front/courtyard
