Details required for Condition 5 (Fire Safety Strategy) of planning permission 23/00730/FUL (Conversion of a house and 2nos self- contained apartment into a single dwelling house. Demolition of existing rear conservatory, erection of single storey rear extension, roof extension with 1nos rear and 2nos side dormer to facilitate loft conversion. Installation of new gate and upgrade the driveway. Renovation of existing outbuilding and erection of single storey rear outbuilding attached with the existing outbuilding. Fenestration alteration, installation of solar panels in outbuilding roof and associated works.)

Loft conversion of main house with first floor extension to rear and dormer windows to front and side elevations, construction of flat over existing detached garage that will be ancillary to the main residential dwelling and used for this purpose. Garage roof to be converted from flat to pitched.
