Retrospective planning application for change of use of first floor from offices (Use Class E(c)) into residential (Use Class C3) to create a 2 bed 3 person flat (incorporating existing rear outrigger, construction of a balcony, insertion of side window, replacement of front door to flat and cycle parking).
