A pitched roof over the garage and cart lodge is more appropriate to the house and local area. Heat pumps - Heating is due to be via a heat pump, due to the size of the dwelling two external units are required. These are shown on the north elevation between the house and the garage. Windows - Internal alterations require 2no extra windows in the south elevation.
