Non material amendment to planning permission PL/18/2225/FA (Two story front and rear extensions) to allow for alterations including changes to windows and doors. New front porch canopy design and enlargement of first floor extension element above porch. Alteration of rear conservatory roof from hipped to gabled.

Demolition of conservatory and single storey side projection, erection of single storey rear and side extensions, new roof to existing rear extension, garage conversion, changes to doors and windows and erection of double garage to front of the site.

Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed: Demolish existing conservatory and replace with single storey rear extension. Fenestration alterations to side elevation

Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a part two storey, part single storey rear extension with juliette balcony, loft conversion with rear dormer and front open air porch extension with a gable roof

Variation of condition 14 of planning permission PL/18/4429/HB and 18 of planning permission PL/18/4428/FA (Erection of conservatory and new link corridor, construction of hydro pool and terrace. Conversion and refurbishment of basement/two bedrooms at ground floor to spa facility. Provision of covered link to basement) to allow: Substitution of approved drawings for amended plans and elevations to reflect localised variations to the approved scheme, to include:- Removal of solid roof to conservatory and replacement with fully glazed roof and reduction of window framing. Relocation of male toilets from basement to ground floor and new accessible toilet installation located off reception. Area formerly occupied by male toilets in basement to become manicure/pedicure.

Erection of ancillary studio connected to the detached double garage and the demolition of a side conservatory.
