Field Access To The North Of Falkenham Road. Adjacent To The Limes.
Prior Notification (Agricultural) - There is currently a bell junction field entrance in place on the north of Lower Falkenham Road, Falkenham. The access is situated adjacent to the Limes, Falkenham and directly opposite 2 Pillar box Cottage, Falkenham. This was put in place as temporary by East Anglia One project, as they used this farm track and the junction to access their temporary site. As their use of the site is now over, we wish to keep the bell junction as it is much safer for farm machinery to access, and to join Lowe Falkenham Road. As the bell junction is currently in place and granted under temporary use, no significant works would have to take place, but planning permission is needed.

Prior Notification - Change of use from agricultural land to recreational - campsite. We wish to seek permission for change of use of a vacant grass field site to a camping site. The field has been previously used for private recreational use, and for growing and harvesting hay, but this is no longer required as there are no longer any animals on the small holding . We operated the field as a campsite in July 2020, under the permitted development 28 day rule, and extended it throughout August under the 56 day allowance. In order to develop the campsite as a future business venture, we understand that we require permission for change of use, to allow us to open for a longer season, and to permit mixed accommodation, including tents, small caravans and campervans, deemed as touring units.

There are no adjacent listed buildings, the site is not a conservation or special landscape area and it sits adjacent a quiet lane. The site is outside of any listed building curtilage.
